What a new user code is
Temu gives first-time customers special offers, and affiliates share links or codes that apply them. The exact offer changes often and depends on Temu's current terms, so check what shows up in the app or at checkout before you count on it.

What to check before you order
- Read the offer terms. Many new-user offers need a minimum order or apply only to certain items.
- Look at the final total, including shipping and any tax.
- Check delivery times. Many items ship from overseas and can take a while.
- Compare prices with Amazon or Walmart before assuming it's the best deal. Our deal verification checklist helps.
Our take
A new-user offer can be a decent way to try Temu on cheap everyday stuff. Just go in knowing the terms, and don't buy things you didn't want just to hit a minimum. For more cheap finds, see deals under $10.
